Refund Policy

No Refunds: Once a donation is made and a receipt is generated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Receipt Generation: Upon the successful completion of a donation, a digital receipt will be generated and emailed to the donor’s registered email address. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate before completing the transaction.
80G Tax Benefits: Donations made to GauRakshak are eligible for tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The receipt issued will include the necessary details for claiming this benefit. Donors are advised to consult their tax advisors for further information.
Errors in Donation: In case of any errors during the donation process, such as duplicate charges, please contact us immediately at info@kamdhenulokkalyansamiti.org. We will review and address the issue promptly.
Changes to the Policy: GauRakshak reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to GauRakshak are non-refundable. Once a Seva/Donation is successfully processed and a receipt is generated, no requests for refund, cancellation, or return will be entertained.
